Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons: 

  • Venue Hire enquiry/booking forms 

  • Newsletter Sign up 

  • Recruitment

  • Sign up forms for workshops, events, after school clubs, contact forms, holiday camps, and more

 

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  2. To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance 

  3. To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  5. We collect and use data from our customers through Plinth to enhance our services, communicate important updates, and improve user experience. This data may include personal information provided during registration and usage data collected through the platform

Your information is securely stored.  

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to inform you of our services. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s and Mailchimp.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

The data will only be deleted if requested by the user.
